What we collect
Account data: names, work email addresses, workspace and organization identifiers, and billing contact details. Usage data: which features are used, credit consumption, error and performance telemetry.
Customer content: the messages you send to Hoopi, the data it retrieves from systems you connect, and the outputs it produces. We process this to deliver the service and for no other purpose.
What we do not do
We do not use customer content to train models. We do not sell or rent personal data. We do not share customer content with third parties except the sub-processors listed publicly, and only to the extent needed to run the service.
Retention and deletion
Retention windows are configurable per workspace. Deleting a workspace purges its content and derived indexes within 30 days across primary and backup systems. You can export your data before deletion.
Your rights
Depending on where you are, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete personal data we hold about you. Write to privacy@hoopi.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Where we act as a processor for a customer workspace, we will direct requests to that customer and support them in responding.
International transfers
Data is stored in US regions by default, with EU residency available on Enterprise plans. Transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses where required.
