1. The service
Hoopi provides an AI assistant that operates within your messaging workspace and connects to third-party systems you authorize. We provide the platform; you decide what it may access and what actions require approval.
We may update the service over time. We will not remove a materially relied-upon capability from a paid plan without notice and a reasonable transition period.
2. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accounts you connect, the permissions you grant, and the actions your users approve. You agree not to use the service to violate applicable law or the rights of others, and to ensure you have the right to grant access to the systems you connect.
Administrators are responsible for configuring approval rules appropriate to their organization's delegation of authority.
3. Ownership
You own your data and the outputs the service produces for you — documents, dashboards, code and tools. We own the platform, and nothing here transfers our intellectual property to you or yours to us.
We do not use your content to train models, ours or anyone else's.
4. Fees and credits
Paid plans are billed in advance for the subscription period. Credits included with a plan are consumed by usage and unused credits roll over as described on the pricing page. Additional credits purchased on demand are non-refundable but do not expire during the subscription term.
We will give at least 30 days' notice before any price change affecting your renewal.
5. Term and termination
Monthly plans continue until cancelled and end at the close of the current cycle. Annual plans renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may export your data at any time during the term and for 30 days after it ends.
We may suspend access for non-payment or for use that presents a security or legal risk, with notice where circumstances allow.
6. Warranties and liability
We provide the service with reasonable skill and care and maintain the security controls described in our documentation. Outputs are generated by AI systems and should be reviewed before being relied upon for consequential decisions — which is why approval gates exist.
Except for breaches of confidentiality, indemnity obligations, or wilful misconduct, each party's aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
