Sub-processors

The third parties we rely on to deliver Hoopi. We notify customers in advance of additions and you may object under the terms of our DPA.

Infrastructure

Cloud hosting and compute in US regions, with EU regions available for Enterprise tenants. Providers hold SOC 2 and ISO 27001 certifications and are contracted under data protection terms consistent with our own.

Model inference

Foundation model providers process prompts and context to generate responses, under zero-retention, no-training terms. Enterprise customers may route inference to their own provider keys or private endpoints instead.

Operational tooling

Error monitoring, product analytics, billing and support ticketing. These process account and usage data; none of them receive customer content from connected systems.

Notification

We publish changes here and email workspace administrators at least 30 days before a new sub-processor begins processing. Subscribe to notifications at privacy@hoopi.com.
