Every request consumes credits based on the model tier and how much work it takes. Quick lookups run 100–300 credits, multi-system workflows 500–1,500, and full project builds 2,000–5,000. Unused credits roll over, and you can cap spend.
Hoopi routes between three tiers — Swift for quick retrieval, Balanced for everyday work, and Deep for analysis and building. You can pin a tier per task type, and you see the cost of every request before and after it runs.
Adoption follows the first useful delivery, which is why onboarding starts with one painful recurring task rather than a training deck. If Hoopi is not delivering inside 30 days on an annual plan, we refund it.
